Shipping Method
Our preferred shipping method is UPS. We can ship using your UPS account number but you must register before placing an order so that we may verify your UPS account information. When registering enter your UPS account number, UPS Account billing zip code, and in the comments section state that you would like us to ship using your USP account number. After you are approved to use your UPS account for shipping your shipping charges in your shopping cart will show up as free and we will ship your order using your USP account number.
International Shipments
When doing international shipping we need a UPS / FED-Ex account number, or a carrier service must be arranged by the receiver. You must register before placing an order online so that we have the shipping information and you do not get charged for shipping when you check out.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement or refund. If grease containers are damaged, broken, or don't function properly, please contact us for a replacement.
